How long does it take to be up and running with Brandfuel?

It ultimately depends on availability and bandwidth. Most of our clients who have opted for the hands-on training have been onboarded within four (4) training sessions, usually over the course of 1.5-2 weeks. Within that timeframe, we expect to have helped you set up your account, your company profile, your webstore integration, importing of your products, and have you publishing your first Brandfuel content. But if you are in a hurry, we can have you publishing content within a week (or even day)!

Do I need a developer to get started with Brandfuel?

No development is required with Brandfuel. Our onboarding process includes a non-technical, simple 3-step process for integrating with your ecommerce platform. The rest of your "getting started" process is simply learning how to navigate and use the simple tools inside the Brandfuel platform.

How do I get support on the product?

Brandfuel provides self-serve documentation. But if you have a specific question, need support for a feature beyond what the documentation provides, or would like to report a bug, you may submit a Support Ticket by clicking on the Support link in the top-right navigation, and submitting the form with a description of the issue you are experiencing.

How can Brandfuel create a product description if I don't have one already?

Brandfuel uses whatever digital assets you have to help you onboard your products more efficiently. Most effectively, we will use AI vision to review your product images and analyze the products in the photography. We'll describe your images, generate ALT text (great for SEO) and tag the product. We then combine the image information with whatever other digital content we have access to and use that to create a product description. But not just any product description - we'll infuse the product description with your company's strategy for descriptions. If you are focused on SEO, we'll generate descriptions that are great for SEO. If you are focused on conversion rates, we'll generate descriptions built to sell. But regardless of what you have or don't have, we'll use it all to create descriptions that deliver on your goals.

We use Klaviyo and Shopify. Why do I need Brandfuel and how can it help me?

Brandfuel doesn't do what Shopify and Klaviyo do. Instead it makes Shopify and Klaviyo work better together.

  2. Catalog Size and Onboarding Frequency

    Our standard Content Operations subscription is designed to cover the needs of most brands — including catalogs of up to 1,000 unique products with up to 50% annual turnover. For brands with larger or more dynamic catalogs, we offer higher-capacity tiers that grow with you.

  3. Number of Channels
